Kidist Asnake

My name is Kidest, and I am pursuing a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Hawassa University, where I serve as the Vice President of the Astronomy and Space Science Club. Originally from Addis Ababa, my fascination with space science began at age seven when I asked my grandfather about the stars. His caution only fueled my curiosity. In 2022, I joined the Ethiopian Space Science Society (ESSS), where I met Mr. Ayenawu, who recognized my passion for astrophysics and encouraged me to delve deeper into this captivating field.
